She is professional and explained about all the options, friendly and when she did the Botox surprisingly I didn’t feel any pain at all. I went in for a consultation for masseter botox to get relief for migraines and TMJ. Inga was very patient with me, as I was quite anxious - first time talking to anyone about any kind of botox/cosmetic treatment. She was able to answer all of my questions and then some! She explained how each muscle functions and the purpose for choosing each injection site and amount of units. My consultation turned into treatment!
I felt so comfortable with Inga that I went ahead and got the masseter treatment. It was practically painless and she checked in with me frequently to make sure I was ok. She does use lidocaine spray to numb some of the very slight pinches of pain. It was a quick and easy treatment! She made sure I had my aftercare instructions and that I understood them.
Inga will make sure you sign up for any apps or rewards programs offered by manufacturers to save you money and get some perks. She also accepts HSA or FSA, which is HUGE! She has a flexible appointment schedule with some earlier appointments and some later afternoon appointments.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Inga is professional and caring. Her studio is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back for more treatments and will continue my care with her. I can't wait to see my results!

I love coming here to get my Botox, truly 10/10, and Igna really does such a good job at taking care of you and making sure you feel comfortable and look your best! Highly recommend! I do not go anywhere else have not in the past 2 years.
